Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase in the online store of HIERARCHYSWISS.ch, you may return your item in its original condition and packaging and have hang tags within 15 days of the date of purchase full shipping and handling charges. To ensure the credit, please submit all documents, parts, and accessories for the returned product. Please give us 14 working days to process your return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance of the returns unless faulty or incorrectly shipped products are shipped. We encourage you to pack the items securely in the original shipping carton, to insure the package and to keep the shipping receipt to credit.

Once the return is received and processed, your initial payment will be credited. Credit card companies vary in time, appear in the credits in the customer records. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

FREE GIFT WHEN BUYING

If you ordered from HIERARCHYSWISS.ch and you received a gift from us, you MUST also return the gifted product. If you do not return your free articles, the sales value will be deducted from your refund. As with all product returns of items must be in their original packaging.

Missing or stolen shipments

If you have not received your order and the shipping agent, however, report that it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will file a claim to the carrier, and they will have to investigate. Upon completion of this investigation, we will replace or refund your order as needed. It may take 21 days until the investigation is complete.

SHIPPING

Locally, the delivery of your order is done by our logistics partner “Die Post”.

In general, you are delivered within 3-5 business days, taking into account weekends and holidays.

Your order will be delivered quickly and safely by post to the address in Switzerland. You decide where the packet should be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HIERARCHYSWISS.com is pleased to ship to EU territories, United States,  Russia, and the Middle East. At the checkout page, you can see the cost of shipping, customs duties, and taxes in advance. You can pay duties and taxes at checkout in advance. If you pay in advance, there are no additional cots at delivery. Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders

After sending your order, you will receive a shipment notification e-mail with your tracking information. With this number, you can track the progress of your package on its way to you.
